Walbrook Property Management Ltd (WPM) has been established to provide dedicated residential property management and ancillary services to the First Residential Properties series of investment vehicles.

Chief Executive, David Fell, has a proven track record of overseeing and managing investment vehicles that source, hold for the long and medium term and exit portfolios of Greater London residential properties having successfully achieved this for investors in a series of investment vehicles between 1991 and 2003. WPM enjoys the support and expertise of a number of individuals from this previous management team.
